There is no prize in guessing that automotive industry has always been a one lucrative industry of the world. But, it is also true that the industry is currently going through a bad patch.

Crisis in the automotive industry is very much evident in 2008. The reason behind this issue is the global financial crisis. Moreover, there are some other factors that are putting this industry on the back foot. For instance, in countries like United States and Canada there is an overwhelming pressure on prices of raw materials which is the reason why people are unable to afford these vehicles.

Also, the shift in the fuel prices has contributed towards strengthening this crisis. Since there is a decrease in the purchasing power of the people, so, the direct impact can be seen on automotive industry. As people are not able to buy these vehicles, so, it is becomes extremely difficult even for bigger automotive companies to yield some profit.

Although things are getting better but it seems that this crisis will take some time before actually getting eliminated altogether. You better wait and see!
